A mobile-first solution to digitise station cleaning contract monitoring — replacing paper registers with real-time geotagged photos, automated scoring, digital signatures, and penalty calculations for CSMT and all BB Division stations.
The EnHM wing currently monitors station cleaning contracts through paper-based registers and physical inspections by posted CHIs. This system consumes dozens of pages per shift per station, offers no photographic evidence trail, and requires manual compilation of monthly billing and penalty reports. The Swachh Railway initiative introduced in Danapur Division has proven the model — Extraaaz now proposes full deployment for CSMT and the BB Division with enhancements built specifically for Mumbai's operational scale.
Our platform is not a fresh concept — it is a battle-tested system already live across 495+ users at multiple Railway divisions, processing 600+ geotagged images per day at high-traffic stations. We propose to bring this proven capability to CSMT and all BB Division stations under a rapid 6-week deployment plan.
The web dashboard provides the Sr. DME and Railway Admin real-time visibility across all BB Division stations, all contractors, all shifts — from any browser.

The CHI's primary tool is a smartphone. The app is designed for field conditions — large tap targets, mandatory photo capture, offline support, and OTP-based digital signature replacing paper sign-offs.
